Billie Kate's Cajun/Creole & BBQ is owned by Kathy Rode and operated by her husband, Bill.
Along with Southern favorites, such as Po'Boys, Gumbo-lya and greens, we also offer chicken wings with a variety of sauces and several types of homemade sides and desserts. Crawfish boils are available in season.
Named for our youngest daughter, Billie Kate's Cajun/Creole & BBQ aspires to bring the taste of New Orleans to Southern New Jersey.

HEAD CHEF
Bill Rode has been in the food business for over 40 years. He started in his family business, Otto C. Rode, Inc. then left in 1995 to venture out on his own, forming Uncle Bill's Wings and Things and creating his own unique specialty wing sauces.
A creative and innovative chef, Bill is also an experienced caterer, catering both corporate and private affairs of any size. He works closely with you to assure your affair is a success.
